"Tear the Stage Fear" Extempore Competition was held on 09/09023 in AVA room and organized by Computer Science Department, with the primary goal of providing a supportive platform for individuals to confront and overcome their stage fear and boost their confidence in public speaking and performing.

Teachers offered few topics for the "Tear the Stage Fear" competition. The topics were G20, Chandrayan-3, Student Suicides - The Root Cause, Electrical Vehicle in India, Impact of Social Media, Benefits of reading a Book, etc. Participants could choose a topic from these chits at random and were given 10 minutes to prepare it. These topics covered a wide range of subjects, allowing participants to choose a topic that resonates with them and challenges them to overcome their stage fear effectively.

One of our students discussed that, Benefits of Reading Books not only enhances our knowledge but also improves our vocabulary, critical thinking skills etc. He added to make reading a habit that nurtures our minds and contributes to our personal growth. Another one interesting topic selected by a student was Student Suicides-the Root Cause. The student explained about the major factors for student suicides -the fear of failure, the competition, and the expectations from parents and society.

It was great to see that students were providing wonderful responses in the stage daring program and sharing valuable information with everyone. Effective public speaking not only helps individuals overcome their stage fear but also serves as a means of educating and inspiring others.

The activity received positive feedback from all the students who enjoyed it. The event was carefully planned and executed by all the teachers of the Computer Science Department. Mrs. Abhilasha Khare's note of gratitude marked the end of the session.
